I moved in here recently and love my apartment. It is remodeled nicely, comfortable and in a good location of town (and for work). I wanted to give a shout out to the leasing agent Jason Lowe and Hannah the property manager who exceeded expectations during the leasing process. Thank you Jason you’ve truly made a difference in my experience as a renter. Also, thank you Mike from maintenance. As someone who works in hospitality and property management this property has a wonderful staff and I appreciate ya’ll doing a great job.

The leasing staff at Arbor Trace are incredibly kind and considerate, I worked with Jason who was very attentive and considerate of my schedule. Do not hesitate to schedule a tour with them!

We loved living at Arbor Trace! She's truly a hidden gem in Wilmington- a lovely, quiet, diverse community tucked away amongst a grove of Giant Live Oaks. Unlike other apartment communities, she retains a powerful aura of privacy and nature. If only there were 2 bedroom apartments there, we would have loved staying longer, but we needed more space. We were very impressed with the layout and design of the apartment- the size and functionality of the kitchen cabinets, the appliances always worked great, we appreciated the tiled shower, and the extra storage closet outside was a bonus. And the office and Mike with maintenance were always so kind and responsive to our needs. We are so grateful for the wonderful community of neighbors and the staff at Arbor Trace!

I loved my stay at Arbor Trace! The scenery is beautiful, there are good walking trails, the movie theater, restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. The leasing staff and maintenance team are so friendly and welcoming. Hannah is so kind and relatable. I also love that they hold community events and have treats and coffee in the office for residents. The mailbox station is a perk so that all shipping companies and deliver to you. (At my last complex, some companies wouldn't deliver) Such a good area and relaxing environment. I would definitely stay here again if I moved back to the area.

The cleanliness of the complex and great amenities aside, the leasing office and maintenance staff are SO friendly, helpful and professional any time I’ve needed help with something.

A/C went down, next day gave the office a call in the morning, had an entirely new unit before 2pm. The maintenance crew here are stand up guys and absolute professionals and I can not understate how much of a difference that makes. Extremely knowledgeable of their craft, kind, courteous, and flexible. They are a very large reason for why I feel like this is the best apartment complex I have lived in.

Arbor Trace was a great place to live! Very clean, affordable, friendly, and great amenities. I lived there for over 2 years, so enjoyed the space, and met some of my closest friends because of complex-wide pool parties :) I would definitely recommend these apartments.

Fast and efficient. Mike always does a great job.
