I've been living in Arbor Trace for three years and have really enjoyed living here. The apartments are cozy and affordable and the location is great. Echo Farms Park is across the street which is great for walking my dog. The community is quiet and safe and the staff has been super friendly. This is the only apartment complex that I've lived in where I met so many of my neighbors. I have renewed my lease twice already and will continue living here until my next home purchase.

Sully, and I didnt get the names of the other two gentlemen, were very professional and explained what needed to be done. We had to wait for a part to come in, so we were given a window unit to help beat the heat in our apartment. As soon as the part came in, it was replaced quickly. We have no complaints about our maintenance issue or the team that took care of it!!

I am 60 yrs old. I am Kim Dodd In building 2416. THIS IS THE BEST Place I have EVER Lived. The staff is so Kind the Amenities are Spectacular and my building has a few young but mostly elderly p. I have made a lot of friends and we ALL check on each other and help each other. I have made a lot of good friends here young and old. The place is BEAUTIFUL and well kept and the staff is so Helpful. I have recently had a problem with my phone and the girls in the office looked up and told me where to go to Help.. I LOVE that it's so pet Friendly bc I have a little dog. AND Mike is the GREATEST!!!! I tell ALL my Friends this is the BEST PLACE. And I LOVE ALL THE AMENITIES! WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!!!

I love my new home:) Mike is truly the best! He’s super kind, takes the maintenance of your home seriously, and always carries treats on his golf cart for the dogs of the community (how sweet!!) The front desk staff are also very kind, they helped me so much when it came to getting settled/moved into my new place and answered any and all questions I had. The community itself is lovely. Great scenery, lots of areas to walk my dog, the clubhouse has a nice little gym and a paw spa to bathe your pets! I looked at a ton of apartments when deciding to move but I’m beyond happy I chose Arbor Trace, thank you !

We lived at arbor trace for 3 years down in Wilmington and have only great things to say! From our first tour to our move out and beyond their employees have been nothing but kind and helpful. Maintenance is always immediately on any issue going on and the office staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. We always felt incredibly safe here and loved being right next to a walking path. I specifically appreciate how dog friendly they are, we even got a discount on our pet fee because our pup was from the humane society. I would highly recommend living here!

Id like to thank the front desk people for the continuous support, also the maintenance team is great, as soon as you request any type of job, they would happily come and take a look at it. I’ve been living here for over two months now and I can’t complain about anything.. everything works just as you expect and so far has been a great experience!
